Bring salty water to boil.

Add broccoli.

Don't cook to long!


Salty goodness effused throughout.

Sorry--forgot to capitalize Long. Lou Long is that San Francisco chef who refused to let vegetables be boiled in his restaurant, leading to the common request not to boil vegetables "to Long." I totally botched it, though.

And Tolkers---on my machine I couldn't see my color and thought it hadn't taken. And, given my signature period, I should think I can lay claim to any color I poopoo well please.
